Stem cell derived exosomes are an alternative to PRP

Exosomes rejuvenate and regenerate the skin, just like PRP. Unlike PRP, no blood draw is required.

Exosomes are derived from stem cells and have beneficial healing properties that are especially useful after a heavy laser treatment or microneedling with radio frequency.   Also, Mylene or Bianca can apply exosomes with SkinPen microneedling.  The exosomes accelerate healing time. But even if you haven’t had a treatment, exosomes calm the skin and reduce redness.

With additional applications of exosomes your skin becomes more radiant and hydrated, your skin tone and texture are more even and skin becomes firmer–fine lines, wrinkles and age spots are significantly reduced.

Exosomes can also be used for hair loss by promoting a healthy hair growth cycle.  Exosomes nourish and hydrate the scalp while noticeably reducing hair shedding.

BENEV Exosome Regenerative Complex +  is a post-care “topical use” cosmetic solution.  It is not a drug, nor is it intended to prevent, treat or cure diseases or medical conditions.  It is not intended to be injected or delivered intravenously.

A new treatment shows promise for hair re-growth: PRP

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a new method to treat hair loss (androgenic alopecia) and PRP is now available at Dermatology Boutique!

Some patients experience a reduction in hair loss after several PRP treatments, and also an improvement in the volume and coverage of hair on treated areas of the scalp.

PRP is an injectable made from your blood! PRP speeds healing and has been used for years to help athletes recover from injuries and to repair tendons and joints.  A small amount of your blood is drawn and then with a centrifuge, the platelet rich plasma is extracted. After the injections of the PRP into your scalp, you may experience some redness, a little swelling or even bruising for a few days.

In this video news segment on Good Morning America, Dr. Jennifer Ashton demonstrates hair re-growth with PRP injections in the scalp.
