On location, parking and office: Parking is ample and easy to find. There is a private parking lot for the building so you don’t have to wander around the street. The office is modern and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Wait time was very short and at no point did I feel like I had been forgotten (an unfortunate reality in many offices.)
